Terms and conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to all campers and their visitors, hereinafter referred to as 'guests' of Camping Noorthey.
2. The campsite manager is Irène de Ruijter. She may appoint a family member or a third party to assist her in running the campsite.
3. All guests and visitors are expected to be aware of the terms and conditions published on the website and in the book in the recreation room.
4. Guests are welcome from 1:00 pm. On the day of departure, guests must leave their pitch by 12:00 noon and leave it in good condition.
5. Guests must ensure that they, and anyone for whom they are responsible, do not cause a nuisance to other guests. This includes inappropriate behaviour such as noise near the sanitary facilities, loud television noise in an awning before 7:00 am or after 10:00 pm, and smoke nuisance from barbecuing.
6. Waste (household waste, empty bottles, plastic, paper and garden waste) must be placed in the designated containers in the recycling area behind the sanitary facilities. Wastewater and chemical toilet waste can also be disposed of there.
7. The campsite manager accepts no liability for damage to, or the loss or theft of, guests' property. In the event of a dispute, all (legal) costs are payable by the guest.
8. All risks relating to and arising from a stay at Camping Noorthey are entirely and exclusively at the guest's expense.
9. Guests must immediately report any damage to or loss of the campsite manager's movable or immovable property as soon as they become aware of it.
10. The full cost of a stay at Camping Noorthey must be paid no later than one day before departure. The campsite manager may occasionally agree otherwise in consultation with the guest.
11. In the event of a dispute, Camping Noorthey's records will be decisive.
12. The campsite manager may deny guests access, with immediate effect if necessary, if they breach these terms and conditions. No further explanation or refund of accommodation costs already paid will be given.
13. The SVR terms and conditions apply to all supplies and services provided by Camping Noorthey, insofar as they do not conflict with Camping Noorthey's terms and conditions.

Booking, confirmation and privacy statement

14. After receiving a booking, Camping Noorthey will send a confirmation email stating whether or not the booking has been accepted.
15. Camping Noorthey is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us. This responsibility is set out in the privacy statement published on our website. We will not pass your data on to third parties without informing you.

Cancellation policy

If unforeseen circumstances mean that a guest needs to cancel a booking, they must inform the campsite manager of Camping Noorthey as soon as possible. We strongly recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance so that you can make a claim in the event of serious illness or a death in the family. The following charges apply to cancellations:

16. You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to and including 30 nights before the scheduled arrival date.
17. If you cancel fewer than 30 nights, but at least 7 nights, before the scheduled arrival date, 25% of the total cost will be charged.
18. If you cancel fewer than 7 nights before the scheduled arrival date, 40% of the total cost will be charged.
19. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
20. If you leave early or arrive late, the full reserved period will be charged.
