Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy forms part of our terms and conditions. The main provisions are listed below:
- You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to and including 30 nights before the scheduled arrival date.
- If you cancel fewer than 30 nights, but at least 7 nights, before arrival, 25% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you cancel fewer than 7 nights before arrival, 40% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you leave early or arrive late, the full reserved period will be charged.
