Answers to your questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I have wifi at my pitch?

Yes, several wifi routers are placed across the campsite. This means every pitch has a good and reliable wifi connection.

What time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 13:00. Before that time we are busy maintaining and preparing the grounds, so that everything is neat and tidy for your stay. We therefore kindly ask you to arrive from 13:00 onwards. From that moment we are happy to welcome you.

Until what time can I check out?

Check-out is possible until 12:00. We kindly ask you to leave your pitch before 12:00, so that we have enough time to prepare everything for the next guests.

Can I arrive and depart on Sunday?

We try to keep Sunday as much as possible as a quiet, free day. Arrival on Sunday is therefore in principle not possible, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Departure on Sunday is allowed. We then kindly ask you to settle any outstanding balance on Saturday during our office hours.

How much amperage do I have?

The standard pitches have a 6 amp electricity connection. The comfort pitches have a 10 amp electricity connection. This way you always have enough power for your camping equipment.

Do I have satellite reception?

In principle yes, but unfortunately satellite reception is not guaranteed on all pitches. The tall trees on the site can obstruct the signal in some spots. Satellite reception can sometimes be difficult, especially on the motorhome pitches.

Are dogs allowed on the campsite?

Yes, dogs are very welcome on our campsite. We do ask you to keep your dog on a lead at all times on the grounds. Please walk your dog outside the campsite for its needs. Should an accident happen on the campsite anyway, we kindly ask you to clean it up immediately.

What is the difference between the standard pitches and the comfort pitches?

The standard pitches (1 to 20) are arranged so that you are staggered diagonally behind one another. This means you look past each other a little more. These pitches have a 6 amp electricity connection. There are also two shared water taps on the field.

The comfort pitches (T1 to T6) face each other, so the layout is different from the standard pitches. These pitches have their own water tap, a grey water drain and a 10 amp electricity connection right at the pitch.

At all caravan pitches on our campsite, both the caravan and the awning stand on a paved plateau. This provides a stable, level and neat surface, which increases comfort during your stay.

Can my car stay next to the caravan?

No, our campsite is largely car-free. Upon arrival and departure you may of course drive onto the site with your car to easily load and unload your luggage and camping gear. During your stay we ask you to park your car in the designated car park. This keeps the campsite quiet, safe and pleasant for all guests.

How can I make a reservation?

Booking is easy via our website. In the booking system you go step by step through the form with your details and stay. You can indicate a preferred pitch in the comments field. Extra costs may apply for booking a preferred pitch.

After completing your request we receive your booking. Once it is approved, you will receive the final confirmation by email with all the information, including a payment link.

Cannot find what you need online or do you have a question? Feel free to contact us by phone or email. We are happy to think along with you. If we need to create the booking for you in the system, we charge €5.00 administration costs.

Do I have to pay in advance?

This depends on when you book. In most cases we ask for a deposit when making the booking.

The payment terms and conditions are clearly stated in the booking confirmation. You can easily pay the amount via the iDEAL link in the email or by bank transfer.

Are visitors and guests welcome?

Yes, both day visitors and overnight guests are very welcome on our campsite. Costs will be charged for this. We kindly ask you to register visitors and guests with us in advance, so that we can process this properly and arrange everything neatly.

Are your pitches paved?

Our caravan pitches have a paved plateau. Both the caravan and the awning stand on this. The motorhome pitches have a firm surface, but the motorhome itself stands on grass.

Do you have seasonal pitches?

No, we do not have seasonal pitches. We apply a maximum booking period of 4 weeks, unless other arrangements have been made in consultation. The regular daily rate applies to all stays.

My booking cannot go ahead, will I get my money back?

This depends on when you cancel.

  • Up to 30 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge.

Between 30 and 7 days before arrival we charge 25% of the total stay costs.

  • Within 7 days before arrival this is 40% of the total stay costs.

We advise you to take out your own cancellation insurance, so that any costs in these situations can be covered.

Do you have a washing machine and/or dryer on the campsite?

Yes, on our campsite you can use both the washing machine and the dryer. Using the washing machine and/or dryer costs €5.00 per use.
